About the Job
  • Typing letters, memorandum, faxes, reports, etc.
  • Drafting replies for routine correspondence.
  • Distributing incoming mail, dispatching outgoing mail.
  • Responding to general queries.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Arranging business travel and related accommodation.
  • Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines.
  • Cooperating with other staff as necessary.
  • Maintaining stationery and office supplies.
  • Maintaining all office service equipment (computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers and fax machines etc.) for smooth uninterrupted office operations. Keeping the general office area neat and tidy.
