  • Screening resumes to select the matching profiles for each position
  • Conducting phone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the job
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interviewing process
  • Ensuring that all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates in a timely manner
