- Responding to all costumer (B2B) requirements on time.
- Following any requirements or complain till closing it.
- Communicating with all internal departments for answering all costumer requirements.
- Customer management for the export countries.
- Fresh onion sales support: sending regular prices updates to our fresh onion costumers.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years in customer service in FMCGs
- Excellent command on English language – written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills
