Job Description
- Collect market intelligence to conduct analysis reports for trade marketing strategy planning
- Brand exposer planning supporting distribution network, across the nation.
- Initiate, plan and manage on-target trade communications programs to support Bee Smart Payment to instill the Disney brand culture and educate channels with latest offerings of Bee. Assisting the development of channel marketing plans, strategies and tactics promoting to selected segments and business.
- Support and lead Sales and Marketing departments in the areas of business information, category management, channel visibility materials and trade presentations;
- Develop sales presenters & road shows for partners' sales teams whenever needed.
- Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets.
- Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.
- Yearly Promotions Planning / Management
- Develop yearly promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.
- Align Trade Marketing and Brand Managers & take into account respective feedback & suggestions.
- Own the business. Understand the sales trends, customer trends, and all the elements affecting the business to drive efficient and effective allocation of resources. Quarterly update the leadership on business results and actions taken.
- Present to Marketing Director proposed yearly promotional plan for approval.
- Align finance on promotional cost by promotion & all related charges.
- Develop with Brand Managers, Trade Marketing packaging artwork once plan is approved.
- Produce, ship and install promotional packaging to all markets within agreed timelines.
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, IMS figures, Area Development Managers & market feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.
- Availability to travel up to 25%
Job Requirements
- 4-year undergraduate Degree, or equivalent, MBA Preferred
- 5+ year’s professional Trade Marketing/Account Manager experience/environment. Payment Solution/GSM/FMCG Industry experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly detailed with strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
