About the Job
- Own quick resolution of faults reported with focus on first time right diagnosis while minimizing field engineer dispatches via continual improvement of remote troubleshooting skills.
- Guide the technician on site to resolve the fault when a dispatch is required.
- Provide a clear and precise reason for every outage to help the customer service managers give a clear Root Cause Analysis to their customers.
- Provide TPM teams with feedback on 3rd party dispatches to help the satellite factory assess their performance and continually improve our dispatch capabilities.
- Initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for used faulty parts, providing the exact test procedures which proved the fault for the repair reports to manufacturer.
