Responsible for daily operations of all secretarial work and Performs receptionist functions.

Responsible for hotels and tickets reservation, booking and follow-up or cancellation and make contracts with hotels and Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
Assist the Operations Department by receiving all Egypt Post phone calls and redirect them to the responsible operation team member.
Maintain and archive confidential documents includes EP letters, Suppliers and POs.
Handle relations with courier services providers like FedEx, Aramex and DHL.
Preparing meetings and take appointments for the department managers.
Manage the external communications and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and letters for all the other departments.
Manage the relation with mobile operators as the authorized representatives of the company.
