Job Description
- Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.
- Attend stakeholder's meetings and assist with determination of project's requirements.
- Take minutes of meeting for different meetings and ensure communicating it along with all concerned parties.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects progress, quality of outcomes, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline, Business administration is more preferable.
- PMP certificate is more preferable.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the projects management field.
- Excellent follow up and organization skills.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
