Job Description
- Prepare and maintain reports related to specific HR projects such as employee engagement surveys reports.
- Provide assistance in several projects for our clients such as hiring process, job profiles, organizational structure, grading, and competency matrix.
- Organize and take part in interview procedures on external and internal systems as required.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops related to our HR programs.
- Perform quality checks on all deliverables to our clients to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Assist with documenting new features and functions relating to system enhancements or modifications.
