Job Description
- Filtering and screening candidates by using databases, recruitment tools, social media etc.
- Conducting interviews for vacant positions.
- Arranges technical interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Conducts HR Interviews.
- Administering appropriate company assessments and CVs handling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably from AUC or GUC.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with Construction/Consulting Companies is plus.
