Job Description:
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting an orientation to sales process; providing resources and assistance and scheduling orientation
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
Job duties
- Conduct monthly Induction Training sessions for sales reps
- Conduct Training sessions for supervisors
- Collecting retailers data
- Sending daily and weekly messages for retailers.
- Collecting data from the concerned department
- Adding retailers contacts to what’s app.
- Sending messages to retailers
- Replying on retailers inquires and direct them to concerned persons to solve their problems.
- Follow up with retailers to make sure if the problems is solved or not.
- Making call phones to Retailers
- Making gifs for explaining services.
- Making illustration pictures.
- Daily posts on what’s app sales groups
- Follow up what’s app groups and reply to sales representatives’ questions and sending the new services.
- Making applications for retailer & sales force.
- Making New services pictures.
- Making PowerPoint material for explaining services
- Making VIR sounds
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 Years in relevant experience.
- Good Command of English Language.
- Excellent computer skills especially graphic Programs such as (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Flash).
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good in presentation Skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Ready to travel to different governorates
- Maximum Age 25.
