Job Description
- Receive projects from tender department, put it on the data base, reply to the tender with the project code and make a new project folder.
- Present analysis to the sales managers for the company projects.
- Prepare manufacturer report based on offers sent to the clients and present it to managers for updates on projects status.
- Follow up the order or sample processes and coordinate between the different departments for any problem and assure better result.
- Organize deliveries to clients after coordinating with the sales and warehouse controller.
- Send weekly report to the sales engineers with open account status received from finance department.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or tendering.
- Bachelor’s degree of commerce, business administration or arts.
- Excellent English Language.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
- Planning & Organizing Skills.
