Job Description
- Answer telephones
- Create/ Complete forms
- Share in the collection Follow up circle , follow up
- Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork, public relations
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
- Coordinate conference and meetings.
- Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of the clerical staff.
- Order and dispense supplies and maintain supply inventory
- Operate office equipment
- Create and manage database
- Assist director in recruitment and interviewing new employees
- Keep up-to-date contact details
- Keep records of the organization's activities
Work Conditions:
- Location : Dokki
- Work Hours : 8:00 AM : 5:00 PM
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Females Only
- Previous Experience in Software Companies is preferred
- Diary Management
- Good Command of English Language
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Good typing and keyboard skills.
- Managing administrative processes.
- Strong Organizational skills
- Good communication skills
