Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department.
- Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
- Work on the travel preparation of Managers.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Yrs of Experience
- Bachelor Holder of any Hospitality or tourism is preferred
- Gender: Males
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Command of English Language
- Good Command of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
