Job Description
- A projects manager at SHS will supervise and be in charge of all construction operations in several of our current and/or future projects including aspects of time, costs, and execution of infrastructure and MEP works.
- Job responsibilities will also include supervising and leading all relevant departments such as technical offices, maintenance, and procurement departments and staff.
- Will report directly to the managing director.
- Will be in direct contact and responsible for relations with top-tier clients, subcontractors, consultants and management from the public and private sectors.
- Responsibilities will include managing all activities related to infrastructure projects execution, such as underground water and wastewater networks, hard landscaping, roads and all relevant civil works.
- Could also include the management of the execution of MEP projects such as water tanks, treatment plants, pump stations, low and medium voltage electric works and other mechanical works.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 20 years experience in relevant industries
- Able to communicate perfectly in English and Arabic, especially in formal correspondence and in meetings.
- Motivated and hard worker
- Skilled in using all necessary software
