Job Description
- Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
- Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
- Filling the employees files with all legal requirements
- Handle all social insurance and labor office duties
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree - Prefer business
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience specially in personnel and payroll
- Excellent English language command oral/Written
- HR study is preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
