CrossOver - Cairo
We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on March 17th to hire Recruitment Analysts (USD $30K/yr).
This event will include all testing for the role. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager. This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

As a Recruitment Analyst you will become part of a dynamic team of analysts who work to find the top talent, define evaluation methods, fine-tune our process, and continuously innovate how to redefine global hiring. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates and maintaining recruitment tests.
More than 3 years
Bachelor's Degree at least
Human Resources Recruitment and Staffing
Experience in recruitment and evaluating candidates profiles.
Fluency in English.
Strong commitment to excellent quality of your work.
Ability to discern language proficiency through a minimal amount of audible evidence.
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
Agile (nimble) mindset allowing the frequently change direction to continually improve processes.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
