Job Description
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Manage the recruitment and selection activities with a transparent process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program with approved budgets. Leads and conducts regular market researches in identifying and establishing a proper pay structure that will help in recruitment and retention of appropriate staff
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Manage, Guide and monitor the company Nationalization (Saudization) program and maintain legal requirements and governing rules and regulations
- Maintain a close relationship with the company Government Relations department in processing visas, Iqamas, base passes, travel documents, and all other required licenses and approvals effectively and timely manner.
- Adhere the governing Labor Laws, rules and regulations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self-confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in dealing with various Government Institutions and other related authorities
- BA/MBA in Human Resources is a plus
- GCC experience is a plus
