Job Description
G'nK Hospitality is looking for an efficient Male HR Executive to join our team , to undertake a variety of HR duties such as ,
- On-boarding process, offering and contracting new hires
- Handling resignation, dismissal (exit process) and taking actions required
- Recruitment and Sourcing duties.
- Conducting HR interviews and creating job offers and update DB accordingly.
- Coordinate and conduct applicants drug screening , reference check ..
- Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulations on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor, health & insurance offices).
- Creating and maintaining personnel records/ files for each employee
- Prepare and update all required reports, related to employee’s personal data, such as Monthly Attendance Reports, Monthly Overtime Reports, etc…
- Keeping record of insurance coverage and personnel transactions
- Handling and following up employees daily issues and report them to the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years experience in HR (Personnel, Recruitment...) ,
- Hospitality background is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
