Job Description
- Preparing sub-contractor bills of quantities and other documentation
- Preparing and submitting client restrict invoices & final invoice
- Preparing / review subcontractor check invoices & payment
- Arranging payments to suppliers and contractors
- Providing advice and forecasts about costs
- QS for procurement items and follow up during construction.
- Preparing variation order during project & review QS to approve.
Job Requirements
- Degree in engineering, 3+ Years' in same position at construction field.
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Excellent effective Communication & Presentation skills.
- Negotiation & reporting skills.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
