Job Description
- Handle recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening CVs’, set interviews appointment, checking application forms and handling the hiring and orientation procedures.
- Ensures highest level of HR Services provided to managers and employees to consistently apply company policies, procedures in compliance with employment laws.
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian employment law.
- Work to modify & maintain a “Talent Management” System to the organization.
- Handle employees’ yearly performance appraisals and create evaluation reports.
- Prepare organization structure.
- Prepare yearly training plan and training solutions (Finding training resources to help build skill level and support company change initiatives).
- Set up job descriptions for different divisions.
- Prepare and Issue HR letters.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- HR Diploma is an advantage.
- Familiar with VISIO & SAP.
- Very good command in English language.
- Residents of October, Zayed and Sadat ONLY as job location at Alsadat city.
- Any related study.
- Males or Females both are welcome.
