Job Description
- Ensure all hiring targets for the English departments are met as per SLA
- Sources, screens, and hires for English Operations and Special skills roles
- Assist the head of Recruitment in coordinating with the project management & operation teams to ensure all hiring requisitions are raised on requisition tool
- Assist in managing internal redeployment pool / external pool to reduce costs & time to hire
- Responsible for increasing contributions from employee referrals through regular communication to all teams
Process all rehire and voluntary transfer requests - Manages internal hiring through Internal Job Postings
Supports in identifying new vendors and manages their payment - Interview Scheduling/ testing
- Manage pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
- Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Presentable
- Analytical skills
- Details & results oriented
- Excellent English language skills (Written & Spoken)
- Excellent computer skills (specially MS package)
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (mass hiring experience is a must)
