Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing existing clients.
- Initiating client meetings relevant decision makers.
- Send reports to clients (photos/videos/proposals).
- Frequent developing of company contacts (database/marketing decision makers).
- Media Booking and ensure that all activities are proceeded with best practice.
- Provide proposals and close business deals to meet company targets.
- Monitor & Collect feedback from clients (advertisers and agencies).
- Ensure that all actions and activities are reported and entered upon company’s online system.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Mass communication/ Business Administration or any relevant bachelor degree.
- Previous experience at advertising agency is a must.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at same time.
- Experienced with CRM and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.

- Self-confidence, tact & persuasive manner.
