Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing clients.
  • Initiating client meetings relevant decision makers.
  • Send reports to clients (photos/videos/proposals).
  • Frequent developing of company contacts (database/marketing decision makers).
  • Media Booking and ensure that all activities are proceeded with best practice.
  • Provide proposals and close business deals to meet company targets.
  • Monitor & Collect feedback from clients (advertisers and agencies).
  • Ensure that all actions and activities are reported and entered upon company’s online system.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Mass communication/ Business Administration or any relevant bachelor degree.
  • Previous experience at advertising agency is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at same time.
  • Experienced with CRM and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Females Only.
  • Self-confidence, tact & persuasive manner.
