Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organizing events and conferences through reserving site, catering and all the needed tools.
- Organizing the office and maintaining the supplies of accommodation, visas and flight thought travel agencies.
- Arranging and reserving the meeting for company’s customers.
- Following up the maintenance of office equipment.
- Handling the petty cash and reconciling it with the finance department.
- Preparing all office supply purchasing with the finance department.
- Facilitating company visitors and secluding their visits
- Writing letters / memos and indexing the exchange log.
- Keeping and indexing minutes of meetings.
- Sending and replying e-mails for the CEO.
- Organizing the CEO calendar and schedule.
- Managing the office purchases orders cycle.
- Maintaining Co. documentation cycle finalizing all receptions duties.
- Handling of emails exchanges with the customers.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- University degree, Minimum 2:3 years experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft office applications.
- Excellent written & communication skills in English.
