Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for different key work areas.
  • Operating & processing customer's orders.
  • Replying "online & on the phone" customer's inquires.
  • Receiving & sending professional business emails to Our Business partners .
  • Operating & managing outstanding & collected shipping waybills and ensuring order delivery to all customers on a timely manner.
  • Preparing customer's invoices.
  • Handel customer issues and ensure delivery of superior customer service.
