ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(Not limited to)
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Answer or refer customers’ inquiries to authorized personnel.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Prepare correspondences and documents
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Provide general administrative work
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 1-2 years’ experience in related fields
- Gender: Females – Unveiled
- Age: 23 – 28 maximum
- Presentable
- Excellent/Very good English
- Very good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
