Job Description

Job purpose

Identify, develop & implement marketplace modal. Manage B2B fulfillment, shipping, payment models & operational ins & outs of the marketplace. Lead an operation team and on-boarding vendors. Running multi-pronged digital marketing campaigns

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review and adjust the Hierarchy for the company and adjust as needed
  • Set the Yearly sales and marketing plan, work with the finance department finalize the yearly budget
  • Manage the Operations Associates, set individual goals, provide direction to them, monitor and review performance on a monthly basis to ensure targets are achieved and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the different internal departments such as Sales, Marketing & Technology to ensure targets are achieved/ exceeded
  • Develops annual sales and marketing strategies for ASNAANY
  • Lead the Operations Associates on retrieving accurate & necessary product descriptions for different categories
  • Setting/ achieving sales goals, recommending whether the company will add or drop products (Supplier)
  • Conduct researches on the reputable local and international sites to keep up-to-date and have a better understanding of required standards
  • Determining which products ASNAANY focus based on ease of sale or profit margin.
  • Sustains rapport with Suppliers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Expands Sales & Customer Support Team based on the Workload and flow need
  • Works with Finance and Logistics Teams/ departments to ensure credit checks are issued to Suppliers in a timely manner
  • Follow up with Customer service to ensure buyers received their orders successfully & with great experience
  • Align and follow up on stock to make sure all high demand is in stock and solve stock issues if any with the supplier and warehouse
  • Emphasis on sales strategies supported by marketing activities focusing on Dental Events and Conferences
  • Creating ongoing activities that promote ASNAANY and its services to both suppliers & buyers focusing mainly on BTL
  • Works with Team, Supplier & Dental and Medicine companies to help develop Website features and functionality, advertising Models, promotions, social media and public relations activities necessary
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
