Main Duties:
- Take care of all company documentation and maintain as well as create filing systems
- Receive incoming client emails and calls and respond to them professionally and knowledgeably
- Reply to company website queries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
- Maintain and document company deadlines while setting reminders for administrative actions
- Relay client messages, questions and requests to appropriate team members
- Attend client meetings as needed and follow up with the necessary administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Must be living in HELIOPOLIS or nearby
- Presentable as proven by the PROFILE PHOTO
- Must ANSWER ALL pre-screening questions
- Have perfect ENGLISH both spoken and written
- Should be excellent with MICROSOFT WORD
