Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Take care of all company documentation and maintain as well as create filing systems
  • Receive incoming client emails and calls and respond to them professionally and knowledgeably
  • Reply to company website queries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain and document company deadlines while setting reminders for administrative actions
  • Relay client messages, questions and requests to appropriate team members
  • Attend client meetings as needed and follow up with the necessary administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Must be living in HELIOPOLIS or nearby
  • Presentable as proven by the PROFILE PHOTO
  • Must ANSWER ALL pre-screening questions
  • Have perfect ENGLISH both spoken and written
  • Should be excellent with MICROSOFT WORD
  • Perfect in INTERNET RESEARCH and finding information online
  • Candidate should have good SOCIAL SKILLS
