  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports & presentations.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Liaising with staff as HR responsible .
  • Handles all administrative tasks regarding the CEO.
  • Ensures smooth flow of information and reports to CEO.
  • Being involved in decision-making processes.
