Job Description
- Responsible for the attendance management, hiring documents and assisting direct manager in payroll activities for all employees.
- Follow up and guide completion of hiring documents and the medical check for new employees.
- Notify concerned labor office of hired employees , Deal with Social insurance office if required
- Log the daily attendance for all employees and classify deductions and overtime.
- Coordinate with project manager regarding obtaining the attendance logs on site.
- Assist in Compensation and benefits activities.
- Assist in recruitment process specially blue collars.
- Prepare monthly variables ( Transfers, Hiring, Resignations ) of many projects.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Min. 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Ability for organizing and planning.
- Awareness of labor law
- Computer knowledge specially MS Office.
