Job Description
AklaBaity is an online home made food delivery website. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable receiving food orders from customers, notifying freelance cooks and delivery person/company
The job is done remotely and the candidate should be able to take calls and fulfill the orders in timely and organized manner all week long .
- The candidate will also be responsible for confirming the orders with the customer ,in case the order was not placed by phone (ie online)
- The operation assistant will work under direct supervision of the operation manager and the CEO and reports in detail to the CEO
- He/she will do outbound calls to stake holders and to follow up with customers to get feedback for any orders
The job includes but not restricted to helping other team members in logistic related issues ,by arranging with the cooks and delivery companies ,if needed in pop up events
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable working remotely
- Owning a car or motorcycle is highly valued
- Must be online from 9 am to 10 pm , so he/she can receive instructions regarding any order from the management
- Previous customer support experience is valuable
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred
- Must be a detail oriented candidate , with passion for punctuality
- Work load , is around 5-7 calls per day approximately
- Should be able to write a weekly report , including all the work done and the expectations or suggestions for next week.
- Should be residing in Cairo
