Job Description

Tabibi 24/7 is seeking a passionate individual to fulfill the role of Assistant Brand Manager within the company in order to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. This individual will gain experience in brainstorming ideas to meet Tabibi 24/7’s marketing objectives, executing plans, and reporting on campaign results.

  • This role demands that the individual is creative and results-oriented. An analytical and value-driven mind is essential, as this job entails growing the business through effective marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the marketing plan on an annual basis, with the aim of driving forward company objectives.
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, revenues, and competitive activities on an on-going basis.
  • Develop 3rd-party agency briefs and disperse to effective agencies for implementation. Follow up and meet with agencies to set expectations within the limits of the marketing budget.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of all marketing activities.
  • Ensure activities are in accordance to Tabibi 24/7’s corporate identity and guidelines.
  • Liaise with media, print houses, publishers, and various agencies as required, and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, booths, etc.
  • Liaise with event coordinators to maximize visibility at receptions, conferences, and exhibitions. Compile materials to distribute/demonstrate throughout the event.
  • Attend key events to manage booth and customer interactions.
  • Involve management and key internal stakeholders at each stage in the campaign and report results once complete.
  • Evaluate the impact of implemented marketing campaigns in line with set KPIs. Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor (on-ground and online) activities on a regular basis.
  • Handle the out-sourced social media moderation team. Review and revise social media content on a monthly basis and ensure content is in line with Tabibi 24/7’s positioning and branding guidelines.
  • Monitor the activities and impact of social media on Tabibi 24/7.
