Job Description

Marketing Manager – Middle East

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Business Model & Approach

  • We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing company that’s increasing revenue, customers and expanding like crazy. Like most B2B SaaS companies, we draw inspiration from Predictable Revenue and SaaStr.com. We take an account-based "land and expand" approach that is heavily reliant on our Customer Success team driving real value and engagement (and ultimately warm referrals, renewals, and upsells for the sales team).

Marketing Goals

  • The focus will be equal parts raising brand awareness, generating inbound leads, and cementing our thought leadership positioning in existing customers.

Responsibilities

As a key contributor to our Leadership team and the Company, you’ll lead, manage, and own the planning, development, and implementation of eCareSoft’s marketing strategy with a primary focus that all you do is to increase our customer base and revenue. Marcom, PR, demand generation, media relations, content marketing, events, and product marketing- yes that’s all under this role! You’ll join a talented, passionate, and professional team where culture and customers are at the forefront of all we do! We’re not just looking for a manager of people; you will need to be hands on in moving our marketing programs and initiatives forward, engaging with customers as well as sales and product teams to ensure we continue to lead the market and drive revenue. In rough order of importance, our envisioned responsibilities:

  • Define and lead marketing programs for demand & lead generation
  • Lead and execute on our content marketing strategy (both on and offline)
  • Develop & execute against marketing communications plans including branding, PR, events, advertising, tradeshows, whitepapers, website, and more
  • Define overall messaging and pricing while arming the sales team with powerful sales tools and competitive intelligence
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads for the sales team via marketing programs across all digital channels (SEM, SEO, social, display, affiliate, email, etc.)
  • Leverage internal and proprietary research and analytics to drive thought leadership for the Company
  • Plan, package, and launch new solution initiatives
  • Support external communications with PR firm or directly with press, industry associations and research firms
  • Develop and track metrics & success criteria for all marketing programs & initiatives, regularly collaborating and reporting data to the leadership team
  • Conceive, plan and manage marketing events, including speaking engagements, ensuring collateral and presentation development
  • Manage internal and external creative resources
  • Analyze and innovate on initiatives to increase customer base and engage partners
  • Direct, design, and maintain company website and related content and features
  • Devise and execute market segmentation and persona targeting programs

Job Requirements

Here’s what you’ll have or who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in software companies with 3+ years leading a team (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience in Healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Experience in Gulf market (especially Saudi Arabia) is a plus.
  • Data driven customer acquisition, lead generation and lead nurturing for SaaS business models
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
  • Proven track record in public relations, marketing communications, and analyst relations
  • Results-oriented, get things done attitude! You proactively attack opportunities and challenges with drive and energy, and with an eye on both bottom line results and customer success
  • You’re a content marketing pro. Even when things are busy, you’ll keep the website, blog, etc. fresh and interesting (and push the rest of the team to contribute too)
  • A high energy, charismatic leader who works well with everyone
  • You can write. Well. Very well
  • Ideally, you’ve marketed B2B products to C level targets & a variety of audiences
  • Supply chain or ecommerce experience a plus
  • High maturity and proactive nature with a track record of building marketing programs and teams for high-growth companies
  • You have strong leadership skills and have managed and grown a small (yet mighty) marketing team. Someone who naturally mentors would work well here.
  • History of providing strong and innovative leadership in developing and implementing programs and working effectively across a growing organization
