Job Description
- Executing all purchasing activities as planned.
- Write and review product specifications, maintaining a working technical knowledge of the goods or services to be purchased.
- Research and evaluate suppliers, based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
- Source for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures and specifications.
- Follow up with related documents to ensure that deliveries, shipping, clearance, and payment are done properly and on time.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Business Administration or related field.
- Years of Experience: 2+ years.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Dynamic and energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Dedication, Motivation, Integrity and excellent team spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
