Job Description

  • Executing all purchasing activities as planned.
  • Write and review product specifications, maintaining a working technical knowledge of the goods or services to be purchased.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers, based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
  • Source for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures and specifications.
  • Follow up with related documents to ensure that deliveries, shipping, clearance, and payment are done properly and on time.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. of Business Administration or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 2+ years.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Dynamic and energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Dedication, Motivation, Integrity and excellent team spirit.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
