Job Description
- Monitoring and updating employees` daily attendance via SAP HCM Time data module.
- Regular update of the employees CVs and Data.
- Create and regularly update the organization structure, chart and hierarchy.
- Handling the Recruitment and selection processes from posting job ads, running interviews, to selecting the most suitable employees.
- Conducting job analysis for all job grades in the company in order to build the most suitable job descriptions.
- With the help of job analysis and Internet researches, create and regularly update the Job descriptions for all job grades.
- The hiring and resignation processes through SAP HCM Personnel Administration module.
- Monitoring employees` performance through running the most suitable performance appraisal methods.
- Creating the evaluation form and criteria with the help of executive level, in order to set the most suitable Appraisal form.
- Conducting job evaluation for all job grades in order to maintain equity all over the organization.
- Support, and reinforce employees.
- Innovate different methods in order to motivate and retain employees.
- Continuous analysis of corporate HR strategy and policies, assessing the impact of changes and making recommendations
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree.
- Holder of HR Diploma from accredited center.
- 2-4 years of Experience in HR with previous HR knowledge.
- Excellent English language.
- Uses SAP HCM for the different HR functions.
