- Serves as the focal point with customers and internal teams to agree and deliver the business objectives of Social Media and E-commerce clients.
- The daily responsibilities of the position include documenting, communicating, and overlooking execution of the customer plans, consolidating performance results into actionable reports, and following up on corrective action items.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as account manager/executive in an agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
