Job Description
Primary Purpose of the job:
- Responsible for completing & updating Human Resource Department data. Perform all required data entry, updates of personnel files and prepares the required documentation for managers and employees.
Principal Accountabilities
- Process hiring-related paperwork.
- Gather personnel records from other departments or employees.
- Keep employee documents related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotion ,grievances, performance evaluations and employee leaves of absence.
- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
- Complete time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
- Preparing quarterly reports of employee absences in every division.
- Assist in completing the necessary employment termination paperwork.
- Regulate employment contracts and its renewal.
- Perform all forms & documents required for Social Insurance.
- Collecting all documents & data required for Medical Insurance.
- Participating in candidate monitoring and interview.
- Participating in performance Appraisal Process.
- participating in training plan execution .

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent preferable to hold Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource
- Only Male

- Excellent PC Skills (Operating System / Ms Office /Internet, etc…..)
- Excellent in English language (read / write/speaking).
- Highly organized, goal oriented, and flexibility is a must.
