Job Description
- Reviewing design drawings.
- Co-ordinating Architecture and Civil projects drawings.
- Coordinate various projects between technical office, sites and designers (architectural and structural)
- Responsible for daily technical office activities (quantity surveying, contracts and bids).
- Handle tenders for civil projects.
- Monitor project activities to ensure exact following of work program.
- Control the project submittals for materials, documents and shop-drawings.
- Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Review outsourced Engineering offices’ drawings and coordinate their approval process.
- Interact with the Contractor regarding the material submittal and specifications.
- Responsible for developing project master time schedule.
- Coordinate and develop detailed project schedule together with engineers, vendors and construction contractors.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed Architectural scaled plans for buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts and sketches when required.
- Represent the company on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design drawing and specifications and advise on design noncompliance and corrections required.
- Assess the quality of design information, and ensure its compatibility with the project objectives.
- Assess design changes and advise of its implication on the project.
- Ensure architectural, structural and MEP documents are properly and efficiently coordinated.
- Coordinate all activities related with other departments for handling Architectural management.
Job Requirements
- From 8 - 12 years of experience in the same filed.
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Revit Architecture, Primavera, Auto Cad and Autodesk Revit skills.
- Project Management Professional is a plus.
