Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the furniture showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to attract customers and create an inviting shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team for product availability.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve showroom performance.
- Study the features of all products on offer to provide detailed information to customers.
- Arrange stock in a visually appealing manner while ensuring ease of movement.
- Conduct sales meetings with clients and develop business relationships.
- Negotiate prices and payment plans, closing sales effectively.
- Resolve conflicts among staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Direct Sales Department based on monthly forecasts.
- Document sales and reward employees accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in showroom management.
- Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively.
