Job Description
- Support Project Management Office functions from perspective of administration for all running projects.
- Establish and maintain project staff tracking files.
- Administer and report project compliance for various processes and
- Monitor and report various activities and tracking related to delivery with each project manager
- Follow up with the logistics & procurement the delivery of the goods
- Also follow up with finance the invoice issuing, supplier payments
- Record the project activities & tasks and monitor its progress
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Organization, analysis, problem solving and planning
- Attention to detail
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Working knowledge of user applications such as Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook
