Job Description
Mr. Tailor is Egypt’s largest Clothing Alterations franchise with over 20 stores located in high streets across Egypt. We're currently seeking Branch Managers for our Degla Maadi - Mokattam - Zamalek - Mohandessin - El Sheikh Zayed branches
- Manage the branch's operation.
- Follow the General Manager's daily instructions.
- Supervise & Manage about 8-15 employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
- Handle customer needs and complaints.
- Handle any financial transactions.
- Coordinate staff issues.
- Follow the company policies in-store & send daily reports to the administration.
- Manage customer satisfaction

- Good computer skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
- Maximum age 38 years old.
- Experience in-store management is a plus.
- Able to execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.
- Good communication and leadership skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Well organized.
