Job Description
Operational Role:
- Execute sales plans to penetrate the market for Translation services and capture significant market share.
- Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
- Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
- Analyze requests and answer queries and prepare quotes.
- The main function of Senior Sales Executive is to build a long run and strong relationship with clients by identifying and selling services/products; and maintaining relationships with clients as well.
Customer Relationship Role:
- Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience in localization, marketing or software industry (prefer translation).
- Experience in selling in Gulf is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and English language.
- Well-organized and reliable.
