Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and administrating various employee benefits, assisting in all the operations related to the employees’ programs through making new deals with suppliers to better serve IDH employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Develops and manages new employee programs that increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Interfaces with suppliers seeks new opportunities to develop new deals/ offers with the targeted brands.
  • Manages the suppliers, employees’ benefits database and ensures its timely update.
  • Supports all employees to be enrolled in the benefits programs upon hiring/ request.
  • Performs regular awareness campaigns and recommends needed improvements.
  • Manages the suppliers, employees’ benefits database and ensures its timely update.
  • Coordinates needed activities in alignment with the internal communication team for employees’ benefits/events.
     

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in the same function.
