Job Description
- Receive and communicate the export customer complaint.
- Lead the solving of the customer complaint.
- Analyze the customer complaints to find out the root causes and proper actions.
- Endure the customer satisfaction.
- Issue any requested C/N or compensation.
- Prepare the monthly reports to be communicated with the management.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the faculty of Engineering or Science.
- 1+ Experience in the same field.
- fluent in English.
- Age 23 to 30.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Alexandria Resident.
