Job Description
- Builds on-boarding plan for all business segments regarding awareness, capability and efficiency of performing on the job.
- Builds program manual and follow up its geo and central execution.
- Organizes with counter parts the different steps of the program through the execution model ensuring timelines and targets are achieved .
- Designs program execution details with the assigned departments and hiring managers and counter parts .
- Manages the central and geographic supervision on execution of the 5 steps of program from requisites to portal delivery.
- Re-designs orientation program content to be company, department then role tailored enabling retention practices.
- Structures all on-boarding phases and update the status of the central on boarding activities on the system.
- Designs content of the on-boarding online portal, virtual readiness and awareness content and image for final interface.
- Creates initiatives for program knowledge and efficiency and new ways to support the new comers through their journey .
- Defines delivery timelines with the geographic team and supervises the timely updates on the sap system for the on-boarding steps.
- Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- Experience in analyzing results and studying the business market and work reports and analytical results
- 2:5 years of experience in similar areas in the field of human resources in operations and project management
- Experience in managing the recruitment and on boarding cycle for new employees and its procedures
- Experience in working to raise the level of service for the internal and external customer and the quality of negotiation and persuasion
- Experience in working on candidate and applicant management systems, and efficiency in carrying out tasks through information systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and working with Office, Physio and SAP is preferred
- English language proficiency
