Job Description
A British international player in the field of Fintech disruptor is establishing DPay as their Cairo-based subsidiary, they need to hire a Human Resources Head.
The profile we are looking for as young, challenger, and ambitious mid-career HR professional who is willing to take the next challenge and apply his very unique management science and people strategy. He/She is highly educated, forward looking, audacious, and having the energy to join a like-minded young management team to build the next big thing in Egypt. The work environment is strictly mltui-cultrual, and multi national, so fluency in English is a must
She/He is expected to
- Building and owning the HR function on the ground of compliance (Gov Relations, Tax, Labour, Insurance), Staffing, Payroll, Employees' relations and overall employer branding.
- Reviewing and developing the employment handbook, organisational chart/s, policies & procedures, together with the disciplinary policy.
- Monitoring attendance, KPIs, and productivity
- Talent retention and acquisition
Job Requirements
Reporting Line:
Reporting directly to the CEO
- Relevant bachelor degree.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in the fields of OD, Recruitment and Retention activities. -Ability to manage payroll and government relations as they will be within his scope of responsibilities.
- Ability to setup and manage the payroll and government relation as it is going to be a part of the scope.
- Payment Processing, Banking, experience in a multinational, or Technology background is preferred.
- Postgraduate study in business or HR is appreciated. i.e. diploma, MBA, or SHRM
