Job Description
• Handle full financial accounting role ex. AR, AP, GL, & FA etc.
• Ensure adequate registration and control over FA.
• Extensive experience in payroll calculation & entries is a must.
• Familiarity of all tax accounting treatments and control.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Perform cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.
• Working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives requirements:
Job Requirements
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/auditing.
• Good English language (written & spoken)
• Professional certificate CMA/ CPA not must but highly regarded.
• Min 10-15 years’ experience out of which 3-05 relevant experience in Real estate sector is highly recommended.
• Experience in Real estate and/or Agriculture is a must.
• Contractor’s experience is highly recommended.
• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
• Excellent MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Able to work independently and highly ambitious.
• Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded.
• Familiarity of IFRS and Egyptian accounting standards is a must.
• Extensive experience in Fixed Assets treatment and control is a must.
