Job Description
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth. Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork, contracting and Social insurance, medical insurance and payroll. Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholding
- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
- Update general ledger and payroll files
- Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
- Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
- Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
- Resolve payroll problems (e.g. overlooked bank holidays, late payments, etc.)
- Answer employee questions concerning payroll
- Participate in payroll audits
- Responsible for dealing with the labor office and creating Employees insurance files
- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes and social insurance.
Job Requirements
- Cairo Residence, preferably Maadi-Tamagmo3-Nasr City
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Similar Degree
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Experience: 3-6 years in all HR functions.
