Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process by working with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates and provide proactive recruiting support.
- Create and maintain employee files, make sure all employee files are up to date
- Assist with others, admin and operation and update records of new staff.
- Responsible for roll、social insurance and report to direct manager.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Work with direct manager on related projects
- Perform other related administrative and HR duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 Years of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Very good command of English
- Presentable
- Self-motivated
