Job Description

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process by working with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates and provide proactive recruiting support.
  • Create and maintain employee files, make sure all employee files are up to date
  • Assist with others, admin and operation and update records of new staff.
  • Responsible for roll、social insurance and report to direct manager.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Work with direct manager on related projects
  • Perform other related administrative and HR duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 Years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Very good command of  English
  • Presentable
  • Self-motivated
