Job Description:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our packages and services.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Assist Sales Managers in negotiations, documentation, and finalizing deals with clients.
- Update and maintain accurate interactions and sales progress records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
The intern will learn:
- Sales Fundamentals: Master the art of selling, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals, while building confidence in customer communication.
- CRM & Data Management: Gain hands-on experience in managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress using industry-standard tools.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with experienced Sales Managers, learning negotiation techniques and strategies to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
