Job Title: Sale Associate – Outbound Sales

We’re looking for enthusiastic interns, freshers, and individuals restarting their careers to join our Outbound Sales Team. Our 3-month internship comes with the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance, leading to a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer info in the CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets while learning and improving sales techniques
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to freshers, interns, and career returnees
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making high-volume outbound calls
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
- Fluent in English and comfortable with basic computer tools
Nice to Have:
- Prior internship or project experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM tools (not mandatory)
- Multilingual skills are a plus
